*In order to in compliance with the laws of the State of Texas Ruby Tequila's does not allow guests to use rewards to purchase alcoholic beverages. Also points cannot awarded for the purchase of any alcoholic beverages.

*These are the membership rules and regulations for the guidelines governing the use of the Guest Rewards card. If you have questions regarding your account, please call 1-866-OLD-RUBY or send an email to office@rubytequilas.com. Registration of a Guest Rewards card constitutes acceptance by the member of the terms and conditions of the Guest Rewards program. Any rewards given have no cash value and may not be transferred. The Guest Rewards card is not a credit card and is the property of Ruby Tequila's and must be surrendered upon request. We reserve the right to change any of the rules and regulations governing the program at any time with or without notice.

*Employees of Ruby Tequila's Mexican Kitchen are not eligible for membership in the Guest Rewards program.
