Registration of a Guest Rewards card constitutes acceptance by the member of the terms and conditions of the Guest Rewards program. Any rewards given have no cash value and may not be transferred. The Guest Rewards card is not a credit card and is the property of Ruby Tequila's and must be surrendered upon request. We reserve the right to change any of the rules and regulations governing the program at any time with or without notice. Employees of Ruby Tequila's Mexican Kitchen are not eligible for membership in the Guest Rewards program. In order to be in compliance with the laws of the State of Texas, Ruby Tequila's does not allow guests to use rewards to purchase alcoholic beverages. Points cannot be awarded for the purchase of any alcoholic beverages.
